At Yoga Sanskar we understand that the term “Yogasanas” does not mean mere physical exercises but are actually the techniques to cultivate awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation resulting in development of good physical health by stretching, massaging and stimulating the pranic channels and internal organs.
Our focus is to balance the physical and mental wellbeing of our students and hence focus on Pranayam is substantial in our teachings. Pranayam is disciplined controlled breathing resulting in calming down the actions of the Autonomous Nervous system ( involuntary system) such as heart, intestines, liver etc and as a result mental stability ensues.
We consistently give our best efforts to help every sadhaka achieve their best physical, mental and spiritual health.
What Yoga Sankar offers?
